Popular cryptocurrency spot and derivatives exchange, OKEx, has announced an exchange-wide discount and rewards program with a reward pool estimated to be in millions of dollars. As we wrap up the year, the exchange is ready to launch different campaigns to appreciate customers for their loyalty so far.
And one of such mouthwatering campaigns is the new Happy Friday giveaway accompanied by a weekly distribution of 20% of its total income from futures and swap transaction fees to all users in Bitcoin. Both old and new customers are eligible and can earn rewards equivalent to their assets and trading volume. The giveaway starts on December 4, 2020. Other campaigns include:
The one-time payment campaign: This is for users who have deposited, held tokens, or traded between October 16, 2020, and November 26, 2020. OKEx will transfer 20% of its total income from futures and perpetual swap transaction fees within the last seven weeks into a special fund. The fund will then be distributed as a one-time payment to users based on their assets and transaction conditions. All OKB holders will also have the value of their OKB (in USDT) doubled via the asset weight calculation process.
Fee refunds: The exchange will issue a commission rebate card valued between a minimum of 100 USDT and a maximum of 1,000 USDT to all users whose assets exceeded 10,000 USDT before 4:00 pm UTC on November 23. However, the reward depends on the user’s net assets, and fee refunds will not affect the payment calculation process for Happy Friday events.
Bonuses for first-time cryptocurrency buyers: New users who are buying their first $100 worth of crypto assets will also receive an extra $80 in bonuses, and additional support from educational community groups in Telegram and OKEx academy.
